Our new TipTop Recovery Program is designed to help young athletes feel their best every week. This one hour class focuses on mobility, flexibility, and full body recovery so athletes can move better, loosen stiff joints, and reduce soreness from practices and games.
Each session includes guided stretching, mobility flow, soft tissue work, and recovery breathing to reset the body, improve movement quality, and support long-term injury prevention. Athletes leave feeling looser, healthier, and ready to perform.
