Speed and Agility Group Performance Training
TipTop Training’s Speed and Agility Group Performance Training Program consists of mid-sized classes that are challenging, fun, interactive, competitive and intense for the serious athlete. The Group Performance Class is very popular with all levels of athletes from age eight through post-collegiate ages.
Ten 60 minute sessions
Small groups of 3-4 people at a time
GPT focuses on essential topics such as core strengthening, flexibility & recovery, explosiveness, weight training, nutrition and confidence building.

TipTop’s Private Training Program is an elite program focusing on a myriad of factors geared at improving most aspects which impact the performance of an aspiring athlete.
Passes run from the first day of the month to the last day of the month.
Passes bought before the 15th of the month are valid for that same month, and expire on the last day of the month.
Passes bought on or after the 15th of the month, will be valid for the next full calendar month. Passes will not be pro rated.
Passes are valid for one week of unlimited group training. Monday through Sunday, during the summer season. Three packs must all be used by the same athlete. Passes only valid for summer season.
Adult Fitness Boot Camp
The Adult Fitness Boot Camp is a 50-minute training program designed for adults to develop your cardiovascular and muscle strength while helping to transform your body whether you are 25 or 75 years old!
Zoom or FaceTime Training
Sessions are 45 minutes

The performance training curriculum places a high priority on running and footwork movement, coordination, balance, and relative strength with special emphasis on core body development. These are vital areas of training for any competitive athlete that are often overlooked by coaches or personal trainers. Athletes continue to train with TipTop because they seek to improve their overall performance in order to emerge as a more competitive athlete in today’s highly competitive sports environment.
Younger athletes are introduced to new techniques and as they progress, those skills are refined and ingrained so that fundamental skills of speed, agility, and power remain a top priority. Athletes are given individual attention and evaluated to optimize the training based on his or her strengths and weaknesses.
