Speed and agility

This class will help you become faster in your sport and improve your side to side movement,
These performance enhancement techniques will help you become a much better athlete and sprinter.

We include plyometrics, resistance running, and teach biomechanics of your running technique.


One on One Performance training for the athlete

  • Athletes meet with Mindee Epstein for testing, evaluation and focus on weak links of the body to prevent injury and improve sports performance.
  • Equipment: balance boards, agility ladders, medicine balls, swiss ball, balance beams, bosu balls,resistance bands and more to make the training more fun and effective.


Group sports performance classes

This is for team sports such as soccer, basketball , football or individualized sports such as tennis and golf.

This is a fun and motivating way to train with a group of athletes who want to improve in there athletic ability and improve performance in there specific sport.


Testing

Performance testing for all Tip Top athletes
1. Biomechanical assessment with video
2. explosiveness
3. speed and agility
4. vertical jump
5. upper body strength
6. balance and coordination
7. core strength
8. body fat test if needed

Training sessions include and will improve:

  • posture awareness

  • pre and post warm up and cool down routines
  • Injury prevention

  • endurance and stamina
  • first step explosiveness
  • specific footwork
  • total body training
